How Do you “digitally” paint these pictures?

First of all I start by composing the piece using photographs. Then using different brushes I paint the picture on my iPad Pro. The iPad Pro. has changed my life. It takes about 30-60 hours to do each painting, and each one has about 30 digital layers.

Who are you?

I am for all intense and purposes Wolfie Smith. That is of course pseudonym, and I will not and cannot reveal my real identity. This is how I express this type of art. Power To The People!

Are you Banksy?

No I am not, I WISH! Just because he and I are English and do thought provoking pieces, doesn’t mean that I am he. Banksy is the most important artist of the 20th and 21st century… I am not. I am a huge fan and think he is a genius.

Where are you from?

I was born in London, (within the sounds of the Bow Bells), but now I share my time between London, NY, LA, & Asheville.

Will there be any physical shows?

I am in two galleries, I am working up to doing a large physical show but these things take time. Please contact if you’re a gallery who might be interested.
